Great looking car ... I like it very much.

Some of you fellows don't like the wheels ... well I can only say I love them. Yes they are more work to keep clean ... then no one ever died working a bit longer to keep ones car clean Then you need to remember Europeans have a slightly different taste then North Americans

I would get this babe in a heartbeat if sold / imported to Canada .., have to check it out.

PS. I wonder if the fellow that hate the wheels have read the entire thread hmmm

This is one of those times when I'm sure I've been insulted, but I am apparently not smart enough to fully divine how.

Is the TFT larger on that instrument cluster? It looks like it is the whole bottom if not that plus the interior of the gauges.

Is it possible that this is an upcoming instrument cluster for the rest of the line, or will it be unique to the Alpina?

M Sport Alpina?

The only reason this looks good is because they took the M Sport version as a base model and then added the Alpina goodies.

This is the first time I see Alpina modifying an M Sport.

Also there is color difference of the blue on the front bumper alpina parts. It is different than the original blue. The attention to detail is lost there.

Wheels, classic Alpina.
Performance, wow!

Well it depends. In Germany the X3 35d is quoted at € 55'100.- and the Alpina at € 67'000.- But if you take the swiss prices, the prices difference between both is smaller ! The 35d is quoted at CHF 71'400 and the Alpina at CHF 79'000.- With today's echange rates, it's cheaper to buy it in Switzerland.
