BMW X3 F25 3.0d humming sounds near exhaust

Hi everyone,

Please do listen to the noise on the video.

The car is driving fine and nothing wrong with it. There is this sound that you can hear while in the car which is driving me MAD!

It's constant humming almost like "wooooohhh" sound near the exhaust somewhere. Happen when car is cold or warm. When you press the throttle a bit you can hear it being louder. The video shows pressing the throttle slightly and the noise changes by doing that (ps: noise can be heard better towards the end of the video).

Please do let me know if you have any idea what can it be.
