Brake dust

See below.. 2.2km on odometer, brake still spits out excessive amount of dust. Dealer think s it's normal for European brake pads. Any thoughts? Is it normal? How long my brake pads will last with this level of wearing?

When I bought my F25 I went to the dealer's Parts Department to buy a can of brake dust cleaner. The parts guy said "You'll need two." He was right.

Yup, the Akebono ceramics give off practically zero dust

After washing I apply a thin coating of Vaseline, the brake dust sticks to it and not the alloy.
Dust comes off really easily.
