mudflap installation

Do they screw on, or do I need to find a rivet tool that I needed for the installation on my 04 X3?

Rivets just need a light tap. If I remember correctly you will need torques (sp?) driver and 8mm socket. Don't forget to turn front tires for easier access.
Good Luck

My car came with standard, +, bolts. I understand there are "+" X3s and Torx X3s (yeah, even in the same country... something must have gone wrong at the BMW plant the day they made mine !)

Just look in one of your front wheel well if you really need a Torx driver, before buying one !
