weird marks on xline

Have these weird white marks on 1 side of the xline package - anyone have the same or know what's causing it?

Initially thought it may be caused by the polish/wax but it's only appearing on this particular piece and not across all the other pieces..

have tried various cleaners to wipe it off but always comes back.. just looking for suggestions before i take it to the dealers...

Is it condensation forming on some kind of residue?
