Our other car was declared totaled and I have been eyeing on a X4 for a while. I am hoping to find MY15 with Blind spot monitoring and HUD to join my old 335d. So far I am able to identify xLine, Msport, Cold weather. Is there a way to visually identify if Car has blind spot monitoring and cameras.

And if someone is interested to sell or transfer their lease please drop a line.

See pic. On the X4 the triangles sits lower on the mirror than on the pic. They fade/light up or flash yellow if they sense a car in the blind spot. I think BMW is using ultrasonic sensors.

After some search.. I figured out I need following package in order
1. Drivers assistance package
2. Technology Package
3. Heated seats or cold weather package
4. MSport- or X-line (Most of the used cars have either. I personally like MSport because of sport seats and Anthracite headliner.
5. Assistance plus (nice to have)
6. Rest all (nice to have but I dont really care)

Now there are some cars in my budget (higher 30s or lower 40s) which have driver assistance + Navigation (not technology) + heated seats + Premium

I personally like heads up display but not sure if I should spend 3-4k additional just for it.

Any idea what is cost on extended warranty? I bought extended warranty for my 335d for 3k. Is it more with X4?
