Looks very stable around the corners and with minimal body roll. Even when it does get a little squiggly like at the 2:38 mark.

Can't wait to see these on the road.

Maybe. But isn’t it late in development for that change?

Interesting. Googled around but came up empty. Do you have a link?

Looks to me like they dusted off an old X5 and added some camo and a few tweaks to the styling. Not very exciting styling overall.

Lister is reportedly already planning an upgraded version of the F-Pace SVR. At 670 hp they are going after the Urus for the 'Fastest SUV' title. https://www.motor1.com/news/241751/l...f-pace-teaser/

Can understand BMW wishing to add ZCP to the X3M as this segment continues to see the performance bar being raised, especially in the rarefied air of low volume production and high-priced models.

I see your point but disagree to an extent. For what it is, the X3M looks to have the best Cd in class and weigh less than the competition. With the addition of performance to cargo space in this segment, we will one day be crying for the return of 4,400 pound SAVs.

It definitely sounds much better than the S55.It doesn’t have that raspy exhaust note that the S55 has.

I’m very excited for this car.... I can see us trading my F80 and wife’s F20 in and making one of these do us both.

All about the X3/5 though, I hate these coupe type SUV’s.

Talking V6 Without Pops?

Call me strange, but I am wondering if they will offer an X3 with the M suspension and brakes but with just a V6-inline? Now that would be a car for me. Honestly (as I duck under the table) I HATE HATE HATE, all the popping exhaust sounds. Strongly considering even a X3 without the engine (shutter to think) just to avoid those awful exhaust noise.

Anyone have any insight to this? Can they be programmed out and still get the sport mode handling? PLEASE TELL ME YES. I am embarrassed to death with the noise.

Order a X3 30i with dynamic handling package. The BMW four cylinder is just as powerful as six cylinder cars of the past. This will accomplish all of the goals you state in your post.

"Inline V6" Not sure what that is?

Cut him some slack. I'm sure we'd have trouble describing equestrian terms. Like the difference between an in-line 4 legged horse versus a V4 legged horse.
