X3 F25 2015 with contactless tailgate problems (no touch activation)

Hello,
I have some problems with no touch tailgate activation. If I move the foot under the rear bumper, the sensors see the movement, but the tailgate opens half. If I touch the button on remote key, it opens till maximum height. Someone had the same problems with the tailgate with no touch activation system?

Is it possible that there are two settings in the I drive menu? I know the regular option allows you to set how high it opens.
