The iPhone needs to be plugged in via an apple lead into the USB port in the armrest.

Then you have to open the app on the phone .. Them open the BMW apps on the connected drive area on the menu in the car .. Bit of a faff really .. Took me a few goes to make it work

I was up in Durham and beamish over the weekend

Car is great for 90% just misses the kick for overtaking on country A roads .. But next one will be a 30d

Happy with the economy .. Mines now sitting at 40mpg which is better than my X1 which was on 38mpg after 45k

The cooper s was great fun and I averaged 43mpg from it over about 100 miles

Very glad to get my X3 back today .. Must be getting old

I've had some quick cars, but this is effortless I think it's all the car I'd ever need.
