Real Life Photos - X4 3.5i xDrive M Sport-RHD-Melbourne Red

BIMMERPOST
     Featured on BIMMERPOST.com
First Real Life photo's of the X4 3.5i xDrive M Sport in Melbourne Red. This is the International Media Launch car. It was raining hard...so these are truly "Real Life" shot's. Nice "Street Stance"... wish the car was fitted w/ a larger Tire/Rim Package....From the rear...The X4 looks exactly like the 1st Gen X6....truth. Thanks. PalBay

I really can't say i like the new fascia on the LCI X3 Msport or the X4 Msport. There is just too many big openings all over the place.

Front is bland, back is okay but the side looks weak. Needs bigger back wheels or something. The stance is not sporty at all. The last quarter of the side looks like the Pontiac Aztec.

It's okay because BMW will release an X4.2 anytime now because they don't have enough vehicles as it is.

The front looks aggressive but the lines of the back are too soft to the eye.
I don't understand why the double exhaust pipes on one side, it is the most powerful non M version….
Are they planning a V8 non M version? or Maybe the new in-line 6?

Actually I thought (and pray) that I would like the X4. But I really don't, neither does my wife. For the money, the MB GLK 350 4 matic looks like a better deal.

I don't understand why BMW doesn't consider that the X4 should be as good looking as a 4 Series. They are charging you for the design as well. I don't doubt they put effort in this, but not at the same level as they do with the 3/4. They think they sell the 3/4 because it has some sort of magic or so. But the success of that car is because they do their best with it, not because of the price range or the size.
I need a car like the X4, Strong, great size and sporty. But I'm not buying this for sure, I'm going for a 435i, the Macan is sleek but its going to be above 100,000 USD where I live.

One day I want to compile a comprehensive list of all cars that have ever been compared to the Pontiac Aztec, apparently the quintessential go-to ugly car of the history of the automobile.

The X4 and i3 both have been compared recently which I find amusing.

Anyway, I am a fan of the baby X6.

One thing I do not like, which I don't like with the F15 X5 (and probably new X6) either, is the placement of the fog lights. I prefer the current way of them being in the lower vents.

Of course an X4M (if coming) will not have that problem, since M cars do not have fogs.

Really good looking car overall. I would not even think of the GLK instead of the X4. I also like it much more than the X3. The sporty coupe shape really makes that much of a difference in looks.

Such sporty. Much LED. Racer a lot.

Make it a Gran Coupe' hybrid Active Tourer with MT and I might buy it.

.

BMW has already said no X4M, at least not this generation.

Thanks for that info, I didn't know. A bit of a shame, I think, as it would be a great little car.

While the fogs placement sucks, I am sure it will grow on me. The rear of the F15 has grown on me a bit already and it hasn't been that long.

I like the body color diffuser on the X4 M sport. Not sure if that's similar to the regular X4 but either way it adds a nice touch.
