I honestly don't know why everyone hates on the x3 so much. I really like it and its a very functional suv. If only it had a v8.

Why would anyone hate the x3 i payed $45,000 (US) for the car here in Australia. Its a fun car. That video made we want to jump in my car and go offroad.

Matt, what about the revised '07 model? I'm considering trading in my '02 ML500 for one. The alternative for the money would be an Acura MDX (which I find still resembles a minivan from a driving perspective and won't help me in fuel economy), or an Infiniti FX45 for a little more money. I read an article on Edmunds where they are saying the revision has made a big difference. This is what I'm looking at...

Edit: I also like the '07 ML320 CDI, but equipped the way I like it, the thing would cost CDN$85k to buy.
