More towards the older body style but has more sharper lines

Unfortunately, you cannot upgrade your system to iDrive 5.0

The UI is prettier, but overall... meh. I hate that they moved playlists under search. iDrive already takes too many clicks to get to my iPod in the first place and now my most common task needs an additional click to get to it.

The voice control is the only "Boy I wish my older iDrive could did that" kind of improvement that I've seen. No more "online search" ... wait for the chime ... speak the destination. Just ask the car naturally, like you can Siri.

HUD looks no different from the older HUD from what I saw.

The Voice Command is amazing! Simple Phrases like: Nearby Gas Stations, Coffee Shops Close by, etc. works seamlessly!

Also, the ability of Qi Wireless Charging on Certain Samsung Phones, as well as iPhones with a Qi iPhone Case is neat!
