Hi,
My X3 F25 started giving a bit strange smell at startup. A bit exhaustish smell. I took it to the workshop and they said the gasket on the exhaust manifold may need to be replaced. It’s a 6 hrs job. ��

When running my AC yesterday the air didn’t get cold. I assumed the AC just needs to be recharged. But can the smell come from the AC-system and not the maybe leaking gasket?

If not and it is a leaking gasket: 6months ago the same shop replaced the turbo. Can that repair have done anything to the gasket?
