I've replaced the outer trims (weather strips) on the rear doors very easy, just pried them out and installed the new ones as per advice I got here, but how do I remove and replace the ones from the front doors?

They go under the mirror, do I need to remove the mirror or they just slide in and out, under the mirror?

It pries straight up the same way, so yes, you have to remove the mirror. But it's easy. Pry off the tweeter cover by the inside door opening handle and remove the screw under there. Then carefully pull out on that upper corner of the door trim panel enough to be able to pull off the triangle covering the mirror screws.
