'07 LED tail light in hatch lid not working

I've been searching to see if there's a repair on the LED's......Only finding on how to remove the tailgate panel and remove the entire assembly. Anyone have a fix? I'd like to have a plan prior to tearing things apart! Thank in advance........

Junk yard tail light fixed it..........for a while.
