Hi,

I finished up getting an exhaust mod done on my X4 35d, removed rear muffler and added a Y junction leading to 2 straight thru pipes and dual tips on each side.

It looks a treat and it seems to certainly be breathing easier.

Removing rear muffler didn't increase the exhaust note hardly at all.

Hi,

After removing the rear muffler with the dual tip, we started the car to hear how the exhaust note had changed.

If the original note was a 7/10, this was maybe a 7.5/10.

I had to then decide whether to put back the original muffler or do the mod for aesthetic reasons. I decided the X4 as it looked high/narrow, needed the QUAD exhaust mod to make it look better as it would look a little wider and more uniform.
