Hi,
I finished up getting an exhaust mod done on my X4 35d, removed rear muffler and added a Y junction leading to 2 straight thru pipes and dual tips on each side. It looks a treat and it seems to certainly be breathing easier. Removing rear muffler didn't increase the exhaust note hardly at all. Cheerz |

Hi,
After removing the rear muffler with the dual tip, we started the car to hear how the exhaust note had changed. If the original note was a 7/10, this was maybe a 7.5/10. I had to then decide whether to put back the original muffler or do the mod for aesthetic reasons. I decided the X4 as it looked high/narrow, needed the QUAD exhaust mod to make it look better as it would look a little wider and more uniform. Cheerz |
