Staggered Tire Options in US?

So from the way I understand it, the only way to get the staggered 245/275 tires on the X3 in the US is to get the 19" rim option (with either summer or all-season tires). And if you get the M-sport package, you can only get 245s all around. Is this accurate?

AFAIK, yes. The MSport wheels are the 19" 369M wheels, they carry 245s in all 4 corners. To my knowledge, the 309 wheels were staggered and maybe the 310s are as well. I know the 309s are staggered, as I know of a 35i with the previous Sport Pkg and it has the 309s staggered. I have seen it.

You can get the 309's staggered only if ordering summer tires on the 35i. If you order all season, they will not be staggered.

You can always go staggered if you get aftermarket wheels, if you really want a staggered set up.

Well, I like the look of a staggered setup, but I definitely want the M-sport package...so it looks like no staggered for me (not planning on an aftermarket setup).
