Bumper-mounted BMW Bike Rack

Is anyone familiar with BMW's bike rack? http://www.shopbmwusa.com/PRODUCT/42...ICYCLE-CARRIER

I just ordered my X3 xDrive 2.8, and am looking for the best solution to carry my mountain bike. Specifically, I need to know if the rack locks to the car for security/theft deterrence.

That is not a bumper mounted bike rack.

It requires a tow hitch. My Invisihitch works well w/ my 2" Thule bike rack.
