Nice, Thanks for posting, I was about to ask someone to post some pics of mudflaps. I ordered them but the CA told me he didn't know anything about them, apparently I was the first to order them at my dealer.

I heard the rear ones are kind of a pain to install but yours look great! Looks like they came with the car that way.

It would have been easier to install the mudflaps with the tires off, but I was too lazy to take them off.

Is it difficult to install the mudflaps? I have absolutely no idea how to install. Do you need to drill holes?

No need to drill holes, but there is a couple rivets you have to pry off. For most part everthing just screws right in. I should have taken some pictures and write up a DIY for this, but i was too excited to slap them on and forgot all about it

Nicely done - looks great!

Wonder if the same flaps fit the M Sport...

Sweet. Where did you order the flaps? If it is not difficult, I may give it a try.

Thanks LEDZEP. I don't think the mudflaps will fit the X3 with the M sport package because it has a different boddy kit then the regular X3. Who knows, they might make some for the M sport down the road.

Got them at a local BMW dealership. Call around. Each dealership sells them for a different price.

I know for the X5 you need different flaps for the M Sport, as the fender flares are more pronounced, but the X3 is hard to tell. But I think you're right. The plastic wheel wells on the regular X3 seem flat, where the M Sport has some flare and shape to it.

Now those are properly installed mudflaps. Mine look so bad that they are going to take them off or replace them with another set. They are ordering a set for a car on the lot. If those fit like they should, then they'll order me another set and reinstall. They didn't charge me for the labor at least, but it's a pain.

Nice looking ride.
