Latest key fob battery options?

Never worked well. I contacted local dealers last year and found the usual horrendous prices. Someone pointed me to a dealer in Sacramento. And they did have the best price. Maybe ~$200? But they insisted that I drive there TWICE; once to order and once to pick up. Any new options?
