17" wheels on an M sport

can anyone confirm if I can fit 17" wheels from and X3/5 on my M sport X3?

Yes confirmation complete...the original rimsize is also 17" for all the X3's accept for the M sportversion (they have 18")...

I have an 07 X3 M-Sport and was wondering if 19's would fit as a summer rim?

if you are satisfied with Pirelli 255/40 R19 96W P ZERO ROSSO...

beware of the wide of the tire, don't now how many sparewide the chassis has.
