"Seat Vests"

I have a 2011 X3 28i with leather seats and am considering the BMW Cotton Poly Seat Vest. In my previous vehicle I did not have this problem. No matter what the AC is on when I wear shorts the back of my legs sweat and I cannot get the air to blow in that area. I don't want to go to the hassle of sitting on a towel. Has anyone tried this product?

I did a forum search and only found 1 person who tried the seat vest and returned it as he said it did not fit very well.
