knock when cornering

I sometimes hear a single 'knock' from the front of the car when cornering. It doesn't do it over any sort of bump or when going straight. It only ever makes the noise once, and wont do it again until I straighten up and corner again.
Its also only on fairly long corners, quick left/right and it doesn't do it.

I've just replaced all the front bushes, ball joints, track rod ends, ARB drop links (but not arb bushes). And it makes exactly the same noise.

What could it be?

nick9one1 - I'm having a similar issue and going through various steps with the transfer case to try to resolve. Did you ever get to the bottom of it?
