Hi All,

I have looked around and it seems that I can't easily or for a reasonable price set up USB Video with the CIC Navigation system that I have for a July 2011 Production date X3.

I saw one work around was to use the BMW Snap in Adapter MEDIA for iPhone 4 and load videos onto the iPhone 4 to play. I am setting up Video in Motion and don't want to have to keep changing DVDs. Since iPhone 4's are only $50 and the adapter can be found for $50 this would only be a $100 workaround.

Has anyone used this setup to watch videos? Are all the X3s able to use the BMW Snap in Adapter or do I need to check if I have a certain package? Based on Vin search I have options 6NL but do not have 6NF or 6NR.
