I'm going to the dealership on Saturday to lease the 2013 and pop my BWM cherry! Anybody know what the residual and money factor looks like?

Also, what are folks paying for the 28i / 35i?

Went shopping earlier this month...it seems they are selling easily and my dealer made no effort to give me any sort of deal. My spec was about $47k and he was at $700/mo for 36 mo/12kmi + inception fees only. For perspective, I leased a 335 recently with a $50k MSRP for $600/mo same deal only with 15kmi.
I'm curious to read what you're offered.

Thanks for the insight 2nd Lt.! I'll share what I find. Yesterday, I was quoted $500 over invoice over the phone. I'm thinking that's not too bad even though there's usually a $1500-2000 difference between invoice and dealer price.

My dealer agreed to get me a 2012 March lease special on the new 2013. My MSRP of 2013 28i Metallic paint with Nav and Comfort access is 42,595. With 2,750 down + tax/title/fees so my monthly is 538.
