Afternoon!

With the darker nights coming fast in the uk, I’ve noticed my dipped beam seem to be too “low”. I have the pre lci 2017 30d. When I start the car, both headlights adjust as per normal, I just feel on the motorway or roads without light, the beam isn’t going far enough? Is there any manual adjustment in it or a re calibration that can be done with the motors for the lamps? I’ve attached a pic of the front end if that helps with the style of units I have

Headlights should drop 5cm @ a distance of 7.5m and can be adjusted if they are too low or too high, but adjusting them without properly measuring the drop can blind oncoming vehicles

I feel like I’m blinding oncoming vehicles, as I get flashed by other drivers a lot. Does this mean my headlights are pointing too high? How do I adjust?
