cleaning water spots/stains on shadowline trim

So I went for a touchless car wash the other day and after a while noticed what seem like hard water spots all across the glossy shadowline window trim. I cant seem to clean them off for the life of me, im afraid to use heat for fear of yanking any glue off.
Any ideas on how I can remove these ?

I used a micron fibre cloth and a detailing wax called G3 professional detailer. This solution has a mild detergent and cutter. Meguiars also have a similar product available. It is a question of using a new cloth on a clean surface, and polish very gently on a less conspicuous part first. It worked on my trim.
