Red led light next to the 20mph speedometer

I had a red light that came on right on the speedometer next to the 20mph marker. Anyone know what it is?

It sounds like the cruise control speed indicator. If it is green, it is the cruising speed. If it is red/orange, it shows the cruise control resume speed setting.
