Suggestion for Service in GTA Area
Just want some suggestion for servicing my 28i in the GTA area as we don't really like the services provided by Town and Country BMW.
Thank you very much in advance. |

Much agreed!!! Do it at Parkview BMW. They have wonderful customer service and always have BMW loaners when booked. I bought my car there too. It's at Leslie and eglinton.

If you bought your car from T+C, and then get free service in Parkview. I don't think they will give you a better service, at least they won't give you a free car wash. (That is my personal experience)

I just know that Parkview BMW has exceptional customer service as their employees are trained that way under the "Quinn Group" who also owns BMW Toronto, Waterloo, etc.
I guess their management is different. I bought BMW from Autohaus and Town and Country, however none of them could match the service i got from Parkview. |

town and country sucks
I'm having issues with my instrument cluster...my speedometer and rpm are all out of sync (can't even tell how fast I'm going)! All they can say is bring the car in and leave it with them, no guarantee of when they can look at the problem and no loaner since I didn't purchase the car from them. I called Parkview and they were very accommodating and offered me a loaner even I didn't buy the car from them...but they can't get me in till next week tuesday I called Maranello (where I purchased the car, but a little far from work/home) and they said to drop the car anytime and they'll give me a loaner...since my car is not "safe" to drive. Parkview service ; All other dealership |
