hi, my f25 20d 8 speed auto since it was new had a bad noise randomly appearing during gear change. It is a noise coming when the car change gear during city riding. It's very hard to be replicated so Bmw inspector said first time the car was ok. Since november 2012 they did a lot of check on my car and even a complete transmission, anterior differential had been changed with no result. At the end january this year customer care suggested me to change dealer in favor to a big city representative with more experience. I did that way and went to Bmw in the big Milano. immediately they recognized the problem but they said to me BMW KNOW BUT NO SOLUTION! I think this is a crazy situation! There are other people with same issue? Thanks for attention
