It's a personal lease but through a corporate group scheme via Alphabet. No payments up front. 660 per month including maintenance, 3 years / 36k miles.

Crikey, that's a good deal when I tot up what my 2.0d will be costing in PUCs + tax + cash alternative on a 4 year unlimited mileage contract (although I do get all other costs such as insurance, servicing, tyres, roadside assist, excise duty etc covered and I've no liability if I was ever made redundant etc)

It is a good deal, I've not found anything better....though I don't have redundancy protection and I pay my own insurance (about £400/year). The pricing is quite sensitive to mileage too. If I took the money to buy or lease outside of the the scheme I'd have to pay 12% NI, which kills most other deals dead.
