LED Interior Lights

Can anyone confirm if the current X3 has LED interior lights? On my F25 I changed the ones in the bottoms and sides of the doors to LED (albeit the rear door ones were a nightmare as the wiring is barely long enough). I have had a 2 series Gran Tourer loaner today and everything is LED - just need to know if I need to swop my bulbs back come X3 swop time.

I've just had a look, and I'm pretty sure they're not LED's in my car. I'm not keen on them for the interior so I'm fine with it, but I'd suggest you change them over on your current car before trading it in.

By the way, any news on the new one? They seem to be coming through quite quickly now so hopefully you'll get it soon.

New one is due mid Feb but I don't want it till mid March as I would like the '17' plate and mine doesn't go back until mid March. Also allows for a bit of delay as my current X3 was delayed by 3 weeks for reasons unknown.

In my F30 they are all LED too, really nice so I would look to change them out if you can.

my wife's 2014 F25 has all incandescent bulbs. This includes the doors, foot well, and map/dome lights.

Just popped outside for a look at my 2015 30d MSport. Lighting would appear to be a mixture, (and mine is totally standard as delivered). All the footwell lights are LED and, of course, the ambient lighting is LED. The dome, map and vanity mirror lights are normal incandescent bulbs as are the door puddle lights and boot area lights. Hope that assists.

Ours has all incandescent interior bulbs but then it's the SE so never expected LED. The lights in the door handles are LED though. Mate has a '15 330d Msport that is entirely LED interior.
