Driver seat - right side bolster flat

X3 is only 2 days old, love it however the driver seat right side bolster doesn't fill with air, the left side bolster functions fine (inflates & deflates ok). I'm taking it back to the dealers, was just wondering if I've miss something simple?

Interesting, the exact same bolster on mine inflates in the wrong position. It pushes into my back. My wife noticed it when I brought it home from the dealer a few weeks ago, I just haven't had time to bring it in and get fixed. I wish there was an easy way to get to it.

You haven't missed something simple. I've read of a very few others having a similar problem. Taking it to the dealer to fix is the correct action.

After reading your post I went to inflate my bolsters and observed the same on my seat! its as if the air ballon has shifted towards the centre or there may be coding error as to what ballon inflates...

Someone needs to get re-trained at the factory! If you get it fixed, let us know how long it took and what it involved. My dealership isn't very close and I've been putting it off for a while.

I solved it myself after researching how to take off the backrest cover.
As I suspected, the right side bolster balloon was bunched up on the rear rather within the bolster. I simply copied the left bolster, it helps to have small hands to push the balloon all the way towards the bolster, otherwise you can use a rule of some sort. This is done between the two springs where the pink and blue tubes lead towards.
You will need to order the two plastic plugs that plug under the backrest cover (once only use), PN#52201964201

Now both bolsters inflate & deflate as normal
