BMW Snowboard / Ski Bag

Anyone know if that BMW Snowboard / Ski bag is waterproof? After you put your snow covered gear in there, and it melts.. do you basically have to take a towel in there and blot it out. How many snowboards does it fit with bindings attached?

I have one for my X5 but have never used it. It is made of a sythetic like a nylon blend. I don't know if I would count on it being totally waterproof until testing it out first, but would imagine that it is "mostly" waterproof.
