Thanks.
Yes the HUD is in Color. The orange/red color as well as white. Everything shows up there. Your music, car info, NAV, phone calls etc. Its really cool. You can change the position of it too.

Yes the iDrive controller is touch. Very neat as well. This car does so much more than my 2011. Lost of changes that I never read about or new of. My Client Advisor was surprised and shocked too. BMW did a great job!

sorry but don't like the colour, much prefer a metallic red than what we call in the UK 'Post Office' Red, each to their own though so enjoy the car

You might call it that but I'm in the UK and think it's awesome. I currently have a space grey X3. It's what we call in the UK "ten a penny, dull as dishwater grey" so I'm looking forward to getting a new melbourne red to cheer things up a bit.

Very nice and congrats.....

Wondering if they've improved HUD so that it works with polarized sunglasses yet? My wives 2013 x5 has the HUD and it's unusable to me during the day

Did you get the car from Dylan? I recognize Motowerks in the background

I'm interested to know how you got the backlit instrument display? In nearly every other 2015 X3 LCI I've seen, there is just the standard, pre-lci instrument display. It's obviously not just a US spec thing from others I've seen. It's really got me scratching my head!

FWIW, we also have the backlit display on our 2015 X3 xLine... I actually assumed they all had it.

I also initially thought that. Is it part of the professional media package upgrade maybe?

Very nice. Just have to tint the front windows with the same light transmission % as the back windows.
