Surround-view system unavailable?!

Hello there,

I'm from Malaysia. I took my X4 28i last month and noticed there's no Surround-View camera system installed, I then asked BMW Malaysia if I could get an add-on or something, but they said the software system is totally different between 28i and 35i, therefore no installation could be done.

Is anyone else experienced the same?

Even if you could add it that would cost too much for hardware as well as labor. Also not all X4 35i's come with surround-view camera you would have to order it as an option.
