I'm in the same boat. Have searched on ebay I found many cheaper alternatives. here is a picture of the best one I found so far.. and its only $220 compared to M-performance whopping $699.

It looks exactly same as M-performance according to the pics. and its a real carbon fiber.

If you are interested here is the link to the product Ebay

Yours is very very nice - incl. H&R , but Richi has MORE, incl a diesel of about 400 bhp and 600 Nm and above all - adjustable ride height.

Thanks guys!
That one from ebay looks promising. I agree with you m0se makes the side profile better and also judging from the X6 and the back. My only concern is that my X4 is carbon black and it might wash away because of the dark colour. Anyway, I will buy one just have to decide OEM or ebay

Your car has an ///M decal on the front 1/4 panel, right? Did it come with that or did you add? I have noticed that for US spec MY '17 cars, these are deleted, whereas they are present on cars destined for other markets.

And "I want my MTV - eh ///M" logo. They are available at the stealerships for $45+ or from China at reasonable prices. Could you please advise the exact dimension of those ///M decals on the sides? TIA

Hey DBU,
Yes, my M40i came with them already installed, and I also have a US Spec MY16. I'm not sure why BMW removed them for MY17, I think I prefer the look with them on. I'll get the dimension along with a few pics and post when I have a chance.

Aftermarket X4 CF Lip Spoiler

The lip spoiler looks amazing, but, be wary of aftermarket. I have tried two different aftermarket ones (one of which from Bimmian) (both around the $225 mark)
A) Install was exactly like I presumed it would be, but both started to lift within a few days.
B) At both end they are significantly thicker than OEM
C) Both rarely conform perfectly with the curvature of the trunk. The 3M tape holds forever, but it is not designed to hold down an remold the CF spoiler.

Set aside $1K for this instead:
1) M Sport OEM F26 Rear Spoiler
2) High Gloss Black Kidney Grilles
3) DINAN Sport Performance Chip
4) 10mm Wheel Spacers (these will make it over $1K)...

Cheers
