Hey all,

I'm curious to know what the Storage Compartment Package includes. I really should have asked when ordering. I probably would've taken the option.

Any MY2015/MY2016 X3 Canadian owners who took this package care to inform us? Please.

I'm REALLY missing that compartment down to the left of the steering wheel. I used it for coins and small items. Wondering if I can have one put in.

Yes, thanks. I do realize the site has the option (which I checked before), but it's not very detailed. It shows a pic of the trunk with one net on the side and the rails on the floor of the trunk. And includes the write up "Enhances safety and convenience by securing items of various sizes and shapes during transport." Unless I'm missing a link somewhere?

I'm wondering what else does it include. Nets on the back of the front seats? Extra storage compartments? Extra nettings and straps, etc.?

I have that option in mine.

You get the coin storage on left side of the steering wheel.
A net on the front passenger side foot well.
Net pocket on the back of front seats.
Nets, straps and hooks in the trunk.
12v outlet in the trunk.
A folding box for the trunk
lashing eye and rails in the trunk
the trunk floor panel is reversible.

I am not sure if the 12v outlet in the back seats is also part of the package.

The only feature I find useful so far is the coin box.

If you check under the floor of the trunk you'll find the set of lashing eyes that fit into the tracks on the floor (one side of the floor). They're neatly lined up in a tray. I couldn't figure out what they were. Salesman had to show me.

I don't think the info posted here is accurate.

I have:
Hooks in the trunk for net (rails as well)
Hooks for grocery bags on the sides
12v outlet in trunk

I don't have:
Coin storage
Net on the back of seats
Net on front passenger foot area

Good video, but doesn't really show all items included in the storage package, you know you resurrected a 5+ year old thread, right
