I looked up its pics, and saw the ///M badge on its rear. I'm surprised that BMW has now put that on non-M cars too... It should be reserved for true M cars IMO. They're watering down the M badge with their M Sport mumbo jumbo. That gets a from me...

At the time of purchase I didn't want to buy new and there were only 4 cars with M-Sport/DHP/Premium-HiFi combo in the states according to bmwusa/cars.com/cargurus search for 2 months. The 35 had more miles for a 2-3k more and this one had the least miles 11k for 44k at the time. It was hard decision but nothing against the 28 its nice DD especially the way I have it now.

Yeah I don't worry about the M badges, its the same thing they did with the M235 except the X4 M40i is somewhat more than that car. Has so many improvements it should had been with DCT lol. It has the detuned M2 engine and a 8 speed instead. People like to b*tch and complain about anything either way I rather complain about the interior not being refreshed a bit than the M badges

Trudging along here in the mid-west no issues...Yoko-Advan-Sport A/S. However, I wouldn't try this in 2ft of snow like what is forecast for the North East, good luck to you folks - stay safe

Thanks ROB, I purposely "Chose not to" get the DWS-06. The Contis would have been a logical choice since the car had Continental DW Extremes mounted previously. This is a Florida car, with part time duty in the mid-west. And personally, I think these Yokohamas handle just as good in the wet and dry as the former DW's with a much better appearance. They are 245/40/20's. Not concerned with deep snow ability, but for light snow, slush, rain, dry, etc I'm pleased with my choice.

Man driving around Westchester was like a scene out of The Walking Dead. Got out 2x to help stranded fwd drivers.

The clearance on the X3 is just right, enough to easily get over unpaved roads (so far we have 9", expecting 20-25" total) but without the 4x4 look on a regular day.

I will be driving 60 miles tomorrow from NYC/Upper Manhattan to Central NJ (Bridgewater area).
Waiting to hear nyalpine90 how his Conti DWS06 are doing I'm expecting great results since my 1st gen Conti DWS handled phenomenally last year Feb Storm in a 150 mile trip I did from South Jerz to NYC (94miles) then to Long Island (east meadow) and back to Manhattan
