Window trim chamfer

Hi,
I have an '11 20d M-sport with alu window trim. The trim on the top of the rear doors is not chamfered.

I have now ordered a new xLine 20d (delivery in March) and noticed the same on LCI. The X4 has the same...

Is this good enough for car in this class???
