Black X35i and snow

I had my X3 detailed yesterday; not a perfect job like I've seen in the forum (great work MA78!!!!!!! emphasis emphatically added) but good enough for a few pictures. The light was nice and my D100 was ready so... Here goes. I hope you enjoy. I still need to take some good pics of the interior, but that's for next time.

Nice pics, I found the 10th picture to be pretty funny though. We have your beautiful new black X3 in the snow then your neighbor's car in the background that's so dirty you can't even tell what color it was originally.

Nice and clean now, but look at all that rotten snow that has to melt and cause more messy cars......

Very nice car. Its more like a 360 degree external view, you covered all the sides. If possible post some internal pictures too. Mine completed production and will be here may be in next 2 weeks, until then these pictures will keep me going.

Colours are a matter of personal taste, of course. I found that leather is still soft and supple at -30, so if you want to go for it, you can. I have taken pretty much all the packages I could except for the Sports package. The feature I use the most is Bluetooth audio from my phone. What made a big difference in handling to me was the VDC/DDC package (Normal, Sport and Sport+). If you use it in Normal, the car has a funny behaviour when it starts - like a spool-on delay and hesitation. Barely noticeable of course, but it is there. If you go in Sport mode the delay disappears. This alone was worth the package. VDC/DDC comes with dynamic performance that also enhances traction and lateral stability - great for ice. It makes driving on a slippery road great fun.

I went for the premium sound system and I really like it. It is something I use often in my commutes to work and I appreciate its quality every day.

Everything ese is comfortable and desirable, but not vital for me.

Just my 2 cents, and to each his/her own of course.

Cool, thanks, jijioben. That really helps. And if possible, can I know if you get discount from the dealer?

Sure: I got a discount of just $500 but a great gift package and a good valuation of my trade-in.
