Question hid adaptive headlight problem?

I just noticed the other evening when turning right I can see both light beams rotate to the right about 15 degrees and return back to straight position when vehicle is straight again. However when turning left the passenger headlight rotates to the left about 15 degrees but the driver's side headlight does not. Is this normal for the F25 for the driver's side not to do this? I don't have this problem with my e90.

Can anyone check if that is the case or is it an issue with the driver's headlight assembly on the x3. Thanks in advance

Would it not dazzle other drivers if adaptive went both ways?

No. Adaptive lighting is designed to illuminated the road as your vehicle turns. It will dazzle drivers if you have your beams adjusted vertically incorrect or you have incorrect reflectors. Besides my e90 did this.
Google bmw adaptive lighting purpose/design.
