Just Ordered Vermillian Red on Black X3 35i M-sport

Went to my local dealer today. Global Imports in Atlanta, GA.

I've been waiting almost 2 years to order it and I finally pulled the trigger.

Vermillian Red, Black Leather, M-sport, Premium, Tech, Premium Sound, Cold Weather, DHP, DAP, Wave Wood trim, RR Camera w/top view.

The most exciting part is that I'm planning on doing the Performance Center Delivery in Spartanburg.

My CA gave me my production number but since it's a holiday, he can only estimate the delivery for late September/early October. I should know tomorrow, or at least in a couple more days.

I need to update my signature now...the wife has the 328i and I'll be driving the X3 (unless she takes it away from me).

Sounds awesome. Great color combo and perfect option choices. Very similar to mine. Next on your list will be coding. I did a Spartanburg Perf pick up. Very cool lots of fun

My X3 is also an M-Sport, V-red with black leather and dark wood trim.

I get a lot of spontaneous comments about how nice it looks.

Don't know if you have been to Spartanburg before but you will really enjoy the experience. I never took delivery there but made a bunch of Z3 Homecoming trips. Among the many Homecoming activities the four that stand out the most were the factory tours, racing at the Performance Center, the tech tent, and being able to have free run of the incredible cafeteria to eat lunch with and talk to the factory workers. You wont have the tech tent but I hope you get to enjoy the other three.

Now the waiting begins. Fortunately, I have a huge project at work that's leaving me no extra time to think about it and become impatient...so i know the next 4-6 weeks will go by in a jiffy.

I have no idea about leasing details. I keep my cars for a long time. I'm giving up a 20 year old Toyota Corolla that's been paid off for 17 years. Lol

Vermillion Red looks especially nice on the M Sport. Good build overall; I'm sure you'll love it.

I've got a Vermillion 35D M Sport now and it get lots of favourable comments (never got any when I had my Carbon Black one). Just think the black leather isn't such a good choice - I've got Oyster which really lightens the interior and looks amazing!

Yep. I looked at Oyster, but my wife hated the two toned look. I just didn't see any other color I liked better. It's all personal choice and I'm always interested to hear what others are thinking.

I already saw your pics and they helped me decide on the exterior color (I was thinking about Carbon Black) so I picked Black for my interior. Lol
