Dillema! Carbon black or alpine white?

So here is the problem, my 2012 x3 is about to go on to the production line and i can ont make up my mind! I ordered a 35i m sport with red Brown leather and alu trim but am changing my mind everyday for exterior color! The truck Will mainly be driven by my wife but i Still want to feel manly when i take the wheel! (which is why i am not so sure about the white) what do you guys think? Thanks for your input!

I voted white because white is much easier to keep clean & hides scratches/swirls better.

Black looks great, but if you don't like seeing spots it will drive you nuts.

White because it’s much easier to maintain and because you’ve chosen a red/brown interior.

If you choose the black paint, then you’ll have to change to black leather seats. A gentleman would never be seen wearing a black suit and brown shoes and socks.

I voted for Carbon Black because I'm trying to keep the saturation level of AW M Sports down. Obviously, AW is the far superior look, and I can't have thousands of them out running around.

But seriously, you gotta make a decision for yourself that you're happy with. As others have said though, if you don't enjoy (and I mean really enjoy) detailing your vehicle no less than weekly, you might want to reconsider black.

I am of the belief that color is a personal choice that can't be made on the boards - that being said, go with Deep Sea Blue. Honestly I think you can't go wrong with black or white or blue or just about any other color they offer.

Detailing is not the issue, plus where I live, There Will probably not be so many m sports driving around, so being submerged in aw 35i is not a problem here! Three of my four friends working at BMW shops told me to go carbon, but Would have to see them side to side to decide! Frank did you buy your truck from bmw ville de quebec ?

Thank you and I live in the province of Quebec. I took the photos in the regions of Charlevoix, "bas du fleuve" and Gaspésie (on the edge of the St. Lawrence River)

I have the Carbon Black... but after having hard time keeping it clean I decided to just leave it dirty, saves me some money and it also look bad-ass.
I wish I could change it to white, with black leather seats with black tint. So go get the white.

AW SE looks better than AW M Sport IMO unless you have 20" rims or like tiny-looking wheels. If it has to be M Sport then it's CB all the way

The poll results clearly show its not an easy decision! Frank, i ordered in trois rivières, i deal with them fur business, so it was an easy decision.. Plus im getting a good discount on the truck so it all works out good. Best price in between all was canbec, but too far away for service!

You, sir, must have not seen this color combo in real Life! What about a blue suit and Brown shoes?

Just came back from another dealer who had both colors side to side, and i Will go with carbon black, which makes the truck look More luxurious! Thanks for everyones input, Will post pics in november when i Will take delivery!

These 2 colours were the choice I had to make (Although I between Saphire and AW as CB wasn't available). I came from AW, and I am known for never cleaning my cars.. the white was always dirty but didnt look so bad, but when it was clean it was stunning.

Black.. its stunning when its clean, but its not clean for long, and then its a mess.

But.. in the end, I figured I had done 3 years in the AW, and wondered if it would still be the in colour to have in 3 years, so decided to go safe with black

of course it's all subjective and you should buy the one that appeals to you. after i saw an x3 msport in AW, i immediately switched my order to CB. to me, msport looks cheap in AW because the fenders look bolted on. CB looks brilliant with chestnut brown and alu interior. my combo exactly!
