Power tailgate delays to delivery times

Is this genuine? As an apparent affected person I am starting to have great doubts that this is really the case for my delay.

Its true - there is a delay for the power liftgate..we are affected too. We used the wait to make sure we got the BMW app option (replaces the smart phone integration).
