Keys
Can anyone tell me why there are two different keys in this picture? I'm guessing the one on the right in for those with comfort access and the one on the left (albeit with the key insert missing lol) is for those that didn't tick that option box?
Or maybe I'm being thick and the one on the left isn't from an F25 at all. Cheers all Yeltzer

The one on the left looks like what came with the 2010 328 loaner car where you stuck the fob into the dash (note the arrow) before pushing the start button. I have comfort and power tailgate and my fob still looks like the one on the right

It could very easily be a picture from my girlfriend and my set-up. My girlfriend's 328i keys are on the dash along with my X3 key. (Although: 1) My key is very rarely out of my pocket and B) We don't take pictures of our keys.
The only for-sure I can tell you is that the key on the left has nothing to do with an X3. |

funny you mention this in the post. I have a loaner 328 wagon. The key is much smaller than my X3 key. Both rigs have comfort access.
I love the smaller form factor key. less is more! |
