iPhone 4s with media cradle, only sound from video, no picture

Hi all. I know the matter has been covered regarding the options and so on, but I haven't found a solution to my specific problem.

I have everything in the car...Pro Nav, Internet, Online and Apps. I just bought the Media cradle 84212199390 from Germany (120euros) and it works pretty well. Except for video.

I'm able to find the videos on my iPhone (iTunes movies) from the car's screen but when I choose one of them, all I get is the sound from the movie, not images. The screen is just black.

Any suggestions on this?

Did you try it while moving or also when standing? It may be blocked as the DVD playback when moving for road safety rules applicable in your country.

I havent tried this yet but will do for you tomorrow and report back. My two thoughts would be as above (moving vs stationary) and also the resolution of the video. Perhaps it can't play HD videos (although the Pro Nav screen is so high resolution I would have thought it could).

I've tried only when stationary. Also with HD and non-HD videos

Ok I've tried this and it worked first time. I selected a music video through and got sound and full screen video. This while the car was stationary on the drive.

Hrmf...

What kind of videos did you try with? iTunes, podcasts or other?
