Hi All - First time BMW owner and new member here
Picked up my first ever BMW last Saturday - A 2016 X3 xDrive 28i - Black Sapphire Metallic/Saddle. I LOVE IT!
I was looking for a little higher ride so I looked at the MDX, RDX, Lexus, Audi etc., but when I went to BMW and saw a white/saddle X3 in the showroom I could not believe it! I sat inside and it was over. Went for a drive and when I came back I started configuring what I wanted. Ended up adding a ton of options since my 09 TL had everything and I hate going backwards. So I added the cold weather, Nav, Driver assist, Premium, and Lighting. I have since added the BMW all season mats and I hardwired my radar detector to the rearview mirror! I did that in my TL and had to have it in this car too. If anyone needs help with that mod please feel free to ask. I am slowly learning how to use all the features. It is very different from Acura/Infiniti which I have owned for the last 15 years, but I am starting to get it. I love all the little lighting touches and all of the fine details. I look forward to reading/learning/contributing to this forum for the next ?? years. |

Thanks - very happy so far. Also, just wondering if anyone knows the procedure to link my key fob to my profile. I named my profile and saved my seat setting but if I move my seats and mirrors and leave the car and lock it, when I return and unlock it, the seats do not go back to where they should be. Did I miss something?
