Question Firewall access and constant 12v fuse in glove box

Since my X4 30d is on the way and this is my fist BMW, I'd like to plan some installations in advance.

First of all, I need to figure out the easiest way for putting a couple of wires from laser jammer heads through firewall.
I found this DIY
Is it OK for F26 or there's another, better way?

The next thing I need is a fuse in glove box fuse panel with constant 12V for powering up the GSM-module to control auxiliary heater.
There're some DIYs for other models (eg. this one), but unfortunately I didn't find anything for F25/F26.
Is there such a fuse with constant 12v in glove box fuse panel? What about OBD fuse?
