Rear shock replacement instructions anyone?

Does anyone have instructions for rear shock removal? I've done the DIY job for my E90 front and few Audis/VW's before so I know the basic idea...

However all hints welcome for F25.. What to loosen/remove to drop it down enough?

How similar is the F25 X3 to the F30 3 Series...
